Allocation policy

20% of our places are reserved for the priority groups determined by Kind en Gezin. Parents that have or had a child in our care centre have priority. Because of our social task, we consciously use the emergency list.

All applications for child care reach us through the central registration system. We take a look at the applications every week. It's impossible to answer right away to an application, as it's often really hard to tune all the applications. We inform parents at the latest 9 months before the starting date.

When there's a free spot for a child, we will contact the parents by telephone. They will be invited to take a tour in our nursery, and we will explain our way of working and our pedagogical vision.
