Cancelling or modification has to be announced at least during the permanency of the day before.
Between December 24 and Januari 2, the teleservice is closed.

Academic (AP) and Administrative and Technical personnel (ATP) can sign up for the service Child care at home through the Personnel department.
Applications (if you have signed up): 016 33 08 62 (during opening hours), 016 32 11 11 (outside opening hours)
Childcare Monday-Friday, 7:45-18:00, max 10h per day
For children from 0 to 12 years old
Per child max 3 working days child care per sickness period and max 15 days per year
The medical note needs to be given to the care taker at the first day of the childcare at home
Subscription fee: € 50 yearly, no matter how many children
€ 2,5/hour/child for the first till the third day (min € 10/day)
When cancelling a request before 15:00 no costs are charged; when cancelling after 15:00, € 75 will be charged
